Situated between the sophisticated Regents Street and the colourful Carnaby Street. The blending of these two principles creates a unique and interesting style for an office that is completely location specific and unique to the area.

Soho, London.

The 7 Noses of Soho. An artistic installation created in 1997 by Rick Buckley. Urban myths started to form such as one being a spare nose for the Nelson’s Column statue that was being kept under admiralty arch. The truth was discovered to be a protest of the increase in CCTV cameras that were appearing around London at the time. Creating the 8th nose in the reception to the building further embeds the scheme within the local context.

Flexibility – Between tenants, traditionally a full strip out back to Cat A occurs to give the new occupier a blank canvas to project their branding and idea onto. What if this blank canvas wasn’t so blank? A colourful shell will create an interesting space that would not need to be taken out for a new company to create something new. A sustainable and colour solution to the fast paced life cycle of office interiors.

Breakout – Used for relaxing, eating, meeting and working. Having a space that can be used for all types of activities helps to offer flexibility to an office space and give a free-flowing, fluid feel to the plan.

Workstations – Having multiple spaces to be able to work in is very important in the modern office. However, having a traditional desk bank for teams is always helpful to have as your basecamp for the office.

Working Pods – An alternative workstation for employees, particularly helpful for zoom meetings with the acoustic baffling. Groups of these are located in different areas of the office giving a new environment for people to work in.

Meeting Rooms – Flexible meeting rooms gives the tenant the option of having multiple smaller meetings or one large town hall style meeting all within the same space. This helps our client rent a smaller office space whilst still being able to operate as they would in a larger floor plate.

Privacy – In a post covid world, online calls have become a big part of everyday life in the office. Providing different areas for staff to attend these style meetings, whether that be in a working pod or breakout space, good acoustics and privacy are very important, something that can seamlessly be incorporated into a normal breakout space.
